Our training courses draw on our specialised knowledge and observation of what is effective in making coaching and mentoring skills stick following initial training. Specifically, we have drawn on many organisations' insights of what works and what problems delegates experience in reality. This has enabled us to incorporate relevant and wide-ranging learning points in our courses.

We aim to provide a highly engaging and memorable experience for delegates, fostering real learning and enabling skills to be safely practised using relevant scenarios.

Courses may be run for as few as 4 delegates, making them suitable and affordable for SME's and smaller organisations, as well as for larger organisations who want to test the water with a new learning approach.

Training notes are normally presented in an easy-reference A5 format, as well as on CD-ROM for saving onto a PC or laptop. All course materials are also available for organisations to facilitate training in-house (following limited 'train the trainer' consulting and allowing customisation or enhancement if required).

In many courses and at a small extra cost, delegates may familiarise with and receive their personal copy of our People ASSiST™ personal organiser, providing a practical day-to-day guide as they begin coaching or mentoring. These may be easily customised to reference in-house terminology, initiatives and organisation-specific case studies.
