    Team Coaching and Facilitation

    Effective team coaching helps a team it find its own direction and recognise its potential, for example, how best to use the mix of talents amongst its members. To this end, we can provide truly objective coaching to help a group work toward its goals as it processes ideas, conceptualises possibilities and reaches decisions.

    Similarly, we are able to facilitate a group workshop independently of any bias or self interest, including support for "one-off" sessions involving a wide mix of participants. Optionally, we can also provide full scribing and documenting of workshop discussions and follow-on facilitation to review progress.

    Our extensive network of accredited coaches bring deep and diverse coaching experience. All are members of professional coaching institutes and have executive or senior management experience.

    Coaching supervision ensures that coaches continue to perform at their best. One-to-one supervision may support:

    Micro Coaching

    Coaching interventions are often most powerful when they are used in relevant, every-day conversation. Simple but effective dialogues may involve just a moment, but provide the insight and reflection an individual needs to change the way they behave or think.     MBTI and 360 degree Psychometric Testing

    We are licensed to use a number of tools for profiling individuals' preferences or personalities, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) survey to help individuals identify their "type" preferences.
